Based on your measurements and pics, that's probably about $175-$245 for the two molds. Don't attach the head! It'll be easier to mold/cast the head separately. Casting is charged by volume, so depending on the amount of resin used, I'd say each casting would be between $15-$25. I can get you more accurate numbers later. These are just estimates.
